The Arts and Culture Commission (AC5) organizes several popular ongoing programs to showcase the rich diversity of artists, and arts and culture organizations, individuals and groups in Contra Costa County.
Art Passages, a rotating visual art exhibit held in the lobby of the County's main administration building and Board of Supervisors chamber at 651 Pine Street, Martinez.

Art Cafes, workshops, lectures, discussions and demonstrations on a variety of topics pertaining to the arts held at locations throughout the County, including many in collaboration with the Art of Health & Healing, an organization of the County Health Department.
Annual Arts Recognition Awards, a yearly ceremony to honor select artists, and arts and culture advocates and organizations from throughout the County. 2014 nominations underway!
