Introducing Mobile Citizen.  A user-friendly Smart Phone (Android, iOS) mobile application to help residents "on the go" report non-emergency concerns such as potholes, graffiti, illegal dumping and other service requests in unincorporated communities.  Download the app, take a photo, provide comments, details about the location and submit to Public Works.  It's that easy!
