Bayview Residential Project
Project Description
The project proposes 144 single-family homes and associated internal roadways on an approximately 78-acre project site in the Vine Hill / Pacheco Boulevard area. The project also proposes four open space parcels, one of which is proposed as a park.
To accomplish this the applicant is requesting a General Plan Amendment from Heavy Industrial (HI) to Residential (SH), and Open Space (OS). The project is also requesting to Rezone the project site from Heavy Industrial (H-I) to Planned Unit Development (P-1).
Board of Supervisors Public Hearing
The Bayview Residential project application and EIR was heard before the County Board of Supervisors on April 26, 2022. View the Board of Supervisors Agenda
The project was approved by the BOS on April 26, 2022. “Prior to site development, a Final Subdivision Map will have to be recorded and all applicable conditions of approval will have to be completed. No building permits have yet been issued.
County Planning Commission Public Hearing
The Bayview Residential project application and EIR was heard before the County Planning Commission on February 23, 2022.

Final EIR (FEIR) and Response to Comments Posted
The Final EIR (FEIR) and Response to Comments was posted on December 6, 2021.

The County Planning Commission is anticipated to hear the project in January, 2021.
Comment Period Extended
The comment period for the DEIR has been extended to Monday, July 12, 2021 at 5:00 PM
