CCMAP
The County’s portal for on-line property information is CCMAP. Browse to the CCMap Website for information on individual parcels: - Property data such as building square footage and lot size
- Assessor Parcel Maps viewable on-line and downloadable in PDF format
- Radius search capabilities for selecting parcels within a certain distance of a parcel
- Aerial Images and Contour Lines
There is no charge for data provided on-line.
We are often asked why ownership information is not posted on our website since property ownership is part of the assessment roll which by law is a public document. With the introduction of the Internet, government is faced with the issue of balancing public information requirements with the privacy rights of individuals. The Assessor is legally prohibited from posting the home address of any elected or appointed official, including safety officers and retired officials, on the Internet. As the cost and effort to continuously update this information is prohibitive, we do not display the names of any property owner on our website.
GIS Data Download
The Assessor’s Parcel shapefile and other data is updated monthly and free to download.

Assessor Maps and Property Information Using ParcelQuest Lite
The ParcelQuest Lite search tool allows you to view parcel maps, assessed values, and details about houses in a simple and easy-to-use way.
ParcelQuest Lite will allow you to find a property by Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) or by street address. Some parcels, such as vacant land, do not have street addresses and an APN will be necessary to perform a search.
