- Monitoring DoIT's conference rooms and meeting places
- Keeping track of the Team's Customer Satisfaction Surveys
- Handling staff recruitment
- Managing payroll
- Handling reception responsibilities
- Managing departmental systems
- Billing system
- Building environmental requirements
- Physical security system
