Our entity is a recipient of Prop. 172 half percent sales tax for public safety allocation, when can we expect our apportionment?

Pursuant to Government code 30053 on or before the 27th day of each month, the State Controller's Office is to apportion monies to each qualified County. Our entity is a recipient of citizens option for public safety (COPS) allocation, when can we expect our apportionment?

Pursuant to Government code 30061 the County Auditor shall allocate monies within thirty (30) days of deposit into County's Supplemental Law Enforcement Service Account (SLESA) fund. Please visit State Controller's website to view latest apportionment info.

What is the State Controller Financial Transaction Report (FTR) for Special Districts?

The State Controller's Office requires that all local entities and Special Districts file an annual financial transaction report detailing specific financial related data on a uniform and comparable basis. Report is compiled from data extracted from the County's financial system and filed by the Special Accounting division. Please visit State Controller's website to view annually published reports.
