Martinez Refinery Renewable Fuels Project
Planning Application for the Martinez Refinery Renewable Fuels Project. The permit would allow the conversion of Marathon's Martinez Refinery facility from the processing of crude oil, to the processing of renewable feedstocks. The renewable feedstocks are expected to include biological based oils (i.e. soybean oil and corn oil), rendered fats, and other miscellaneous renewable feedstocks including used cooking oils or other vegetable oils.

Phillips 66 Rodeo Renewed Project
Planning Application to transform the existing Rodeo Refinery into a facility that converts renewable feedstocks into renewable diesel, renewable components of other transportation fuels, and renewable fuel gas through the use of existing refinery process units.

Spieker Senior Continuing Care
The project includes a requests of approval for a Preliminary and Final Development Plan to allow for a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) that consists of 354 independent living units, 100-unit health center, maintenance building, parking structure, clubhouse, and recreation building. Additionally, the project includes a request to approve a tree permit to remove approximately 353 trees. As part of the development the applicant proposes grading activities consisting of 225,000 cubic yards of cut and 150,000 cubic yards of fill, which may result in a net of 75,000 cubic yards of material being exported from the site.
