Contra Costa County, in partnership with the City of Richmond, brings its annual Summer Block Party to West County! Forget making multiple stops to government offices to take care of your to-do list – we’ve got you covered. Stop by our family-friendly, festive event for a wide variety of on-the-spot County and City services at a single location. You can also win a prize in our drawing, check out police and fire vehicles, and have some fun! This is the third year Contra Costa County is hosting this increasingly popular event, providing opportunities throughout the County to learn what’s available to you as a Contra Costa County resident.

Available services at the Summer Block Party include:
Child ID kits, library card sign-ups, job training and employment opportunities
Sign-ups for CalFresh, Medi-Cal and Veterans benefits
Enrollment information for the Contra Costa County Health Plan
Energy efficiency rebates, voter registration, copies of vital records
Animal licensing, animal vaccination vouchers and much more
