RFQ for West County Reentry Resource Center

In recognition of the Order issued by the Contra Costa County Health Officer, dated March 16, 2020, a notice of cancellation has been issued for Request for Qualifications (RFQ) #2002-388 (PDF).

RFI for West County Reentry Resource Center

The Contra Costa County Administrator’s Office of Reentry & Justice is pleased to announce, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, the solicitation of interest from responders to establish and operate a “West County Reentry Resource Center” during the period of July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2023.

RFQ for Writing and Response Development Services for Justice System-Related Grants

The Contra Costa County Administrator’s Office of Reentry & Justice is pleased to announce a request for statements of qualifications from responders for the purpose of establishing a Qualified Vendors List for the provision of “Grant Writing Services for Justice System-Related Grants” to the County.  Those added to the Qualified Vendor List will be identified through this RFQ process and only vendors on this list will be deemed qualified to provide the services described in this document.  The Qualified Vendor List will be effective from April 1, 2020 through December 31, 2022.

Final responses will be due by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at 651 Pine Street, 10th floor, Martinez, CA 94533 or via email to lara.delaney@cao.cccounty.us and monica.carlisle@cao.cccounty.us.

A Bidders Conference was conducted on Friday, February 7, 2020 from 2 pm to 3 pm in Probation Department Sequoia Room at 50 Douglas Drive, 2nd Floor, Martinez.

2019

RFP for Local Innovation Fund Projects

The Contra Costa County Administrator’s Office of Reentry & Justice is pleased to announce, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, the solicitation of proposals from responders to implement “Innovative Reentry Programs” during the period of January 1, 2020 through June 30, 2021. Up to $300,000 (three-hundred thousand dollars) will be awarded to successful bidder(s).

The decision to award any contracts related to this RFP is scheduled to be considered by the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, December 17, 2019.

RFQ for Committee Consulting Services

The Contra Costa County Office of Reentry and Justice (ORJ) is pleased to announce the solicitation of qualifications from contractors to provide "Committee Consulting Services" to both the Racial Justice Oversight Body and the Juvenile Justice Coordinating Council for the period April 1, 2019 through June 30, 2020.

This RFQ is a process by which the County solicits qualifications of responders who may be selected to enter into a contract with the County for the provision of these services.

RFI for AB 109 Reentry Services 

The Contra Costa County Administrator’s Office of Reentry and Justice announced, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, the availability of funds for Employment and Housing Services, Mentoring & Family Reunification Services, Civil Legal Services, and the Management and Implementation of a Network System of Services to serve the formerly incarcerated for the period of July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2022.

The Contra Costa County Administrator’s Office of Reentry & Justice is pleased to announce, on behalf of the Board of Supervisors, the availability of up to $75,000 to implement a "Capacity Building Project" during the period of July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.

Final responses were due by 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Wednesday, May 9, 2018.
