Overview
Purchasing a license tag and attaching it to your pet's collar is one of the most important things you can do as a responsible pet owner. Displaying a current Contra Costa County license tag on your pet's collar makes it easy for animal control officers and shelter employees to quickly locate a lost pet's owner information. It could be your pet's ticket home!
Contra Costa Animal Services (CCAS) partners with DocuPet to provide pet licensing services for residents of Contra Costa County. Through our partnership with DocuPet, Contra Costa County residents with licensed pets have access to an array of additional free services - including 24/7 lost pet services - to keep their pets safe.
