Kensington Planning Ordinance

Overview

The Kensington Planning Ordinance (PDF) regulates renovations and new construction, providing guidelines for such things as size, privacy, light, and view protection. It was adopted by the Board of Supervisors after many years of community work, in coordination with Supervisor Gioia.
