Project Description:  The project will apply an asphalt rubber chip seal covered with a type II slurry seal to various roads in the, Montalvin, Bay View, and unincorporated Martinez/Lafayette. Work will also include surface preparation (not including base failure repair or crack sealing by others), striping removal and placement of thermoplastic stripes and pavement markings.
