The East County Regional Area of Benefit (AOB) is one of 14 Area of Benefit programs within unincorporated Contra Costa County. AOBs are formed by the Board of Supervisors by passing a resolution to adopt an ordinance. The ordinance is based on information contained in a Development Program Report.
