The Richmond/El Sobrante Area of Benefit (AOB) is one of 14 Area of Benefit programs within unincorporated Contra Costa County. AOBs are formed by the Board of Supervisors by passing a resolution to adopt an ordinance. The ordinance is based on information contained in a Development Program Report.
