REQUESTS FOR DATA
DATA REQUEST PROCESS:
In an effort to maintain transparency, the Probation Department’s Office of Reentry & Justice (ORJ) will provide aggregate data on adult and juvenile client populations on a case-by-case basis when requested via this form and approved by the Probation Department’s executive leadership. While we will do our best to see that your request is processed for review in a timely manner, you can expect an initial response at a minimum of one week confirming receipt of the request with additional questions needed to complete the request and/or indicating whether the request can be fulfilled.

A NOTE TO PROBATION CLIENTS:
Probation clients with questions regarding the status of their probation should not use this form to obtain that information and instead are encouraged to contact the department at 925-313-4000.
