Contra Costa County-Department of Conservation and Development is seeking proposals from nonprofit organizations, public agencies, and others serving Contra Costa County who are interested in applying for FY 2023/24 CDBG, HOME, HOME-ARP, HOPWA, In-Lieu, and Measure X Funds. These funds must primarily benefit low-income residents or communities of Contra Costa County.
