Morgan Territory Road residents are able to use the usually-closed stretch of the roadway today from now through 7:00 p.m. Thank you to those who park along the closed stretch; we appreciate you moving your vehicles out of the roadway.
Engineers will be monitoring the impact of traffic on the roadway to determine if more limited, controlled access days are possible.
