PG&E completed their relocation work and Morgan Territory Road is open. We will close the temporary access road at 3:00 p.m. today. There may be additional windows when Morgan Territory Road will need to be closed for utility work. During those limited periods the temporary access road will be available for Morgan Territory residents to use. We will send out messaging in advance of future utility work.
