The County Public Works Department plans to perform a surface treatment to the alternate access road the week of August 7. The surface treatment is to provide a more durable road surface and help with the loose gravel. Public Works will continue to perform ongoing maintenance.
We are working with the contractor to schedule specific days and times for the surface treatment. We will send a message with the schedule once it's finalized. During the work, the access road will be open with flaggers providing traffic control. Drivers can expect delays of 20-30 minutes.
