Each year, the County pays tribute to the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., with a ceremony that includes recognizing outstanding community leaders. The period for submitting nominations for student and adult humanitarians ends November 1. We invite you to submit information about worthy adults or young people, whose lives have been inspired by the work of Dr. King, for consideration by the Dr. King Ceremony Committee. Please read the news release for details.
You can find out more about the awards and the ceremony planned for January 22, 2019, by visiting the Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Commemoration website.
