Contra Costa County is developing a Local Advisory Committee to help guide decisions on a Prop. 47 grant. An upcoming Request for Proposal (RFP) discussion will be held on Monday, March 4th, at 1220 Morello Avenue, Martinez in the 2nd floor conference room from 3 pm – 4:30 pm.
Candidates should have experience and expertise in mental health diversion. This includes behavioral health professionals, educators, community-based and faith-based organizations, individuals impacted by the justice system, law enforcement, probation, prosecutors, defense attorneys, courts, social service providers, advocacy groups, housing providers, housing navigators and citizens.
