[ARCHIVED] Public Invited to Observe Equipment for Election

The May 7th Special Mail Ballot Election is underway for a part of unincorporated Contra Costa County. The public is invited to observe testing of the equipment used to count the ballots.

Central-count voting equipment is used to tally all vote-by-mail ballots and the public test of the equipment will begin at 10:00 am Friday, April 26th at the Elections Office, located at 555 Escobar Street in Martinez.
