Contra Costa County Public Works Will Perform Tree Removal
on the Lafayette/Moraga Trail in Lafayette
December 19, 2019, Lafayette, CA – Contra Costa County Public Works will perform tree removal operations, weather permitting, along the Lafayette/Moraga Trail between Pleasant Hill Road and Reliez Station Road, just north of Olympic Boulevard in Lafayette. The work is scheduled for Thursday, December 26, Monday, December 30, and if necessary, Tuesday, December 31 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Trail users may experience delays of 5 to 10 minutes due to this work and should consider alternative routes during this period. This trail maintenance work is to improve trail user security and fire safety for this portion of the Lafayette/Moraga Trail.
