December 23, 2019, Concord, CA – Contra Costa County Public Works will perform tree pruning operations along the Iron Horse Trail between Concord Avenue and Diamond Boulevard, just east of John Glenn Drive, in Concord. The work is scheduled for Monday, December 30 and Tuesday, December 31 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m, weather permitting. Trail users may experience delays due to this work and should consider alternative routes during this period. This trail maintenance work is to improve trail user security and fire safety for this portion of the Iron Horse Corridor.
