[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Call Centers for Employers and Small Businesses

The Workforce Development Board (WDB) of Contra Costa County has worked with partners to develop resources to help employers and small businesses owners during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Workforce Development Board and Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors opened a new call center to meet the needs of Contra Costa businesses impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic, as part of their Bounce Back Contra Costa campaign.

The COVID-19 Call Center is available at 833-320-1919, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm. Staff are highly trained and knowledgeable, and have extensive experience supporting business leaders and job seekers with education, training, resources, partnerships and public programs. The Workforce Development Board has partnered with the California Employers Association to provide Contra Costa County businesses with a NO-COST HR HOTLINE. Guidance provided on: Hiring & Firing Processes, Paid Sick Leave Laws & FMLA, Breaks, Lunches & Overtime, Employee Handbooks, Harassment Prevention, and Remote Workers.

Call No-Cost HR Hotline at 888-599-7645, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5 pm.
