Contra Costa County’s Board of Supervisors honored veterans at the Annual Veterans Day Celebration held virtually on Tuesday, November 9, 2021, at 11:00 am.
The celebration event featured a color guard ceremony by De Anza High School JROTC, a beautiful rendition of the National Anthem by Vietnam Veteran Richard O’Connor, and guest speaker Honorable Laurel S. Brady. Governor Pete Wilson appointed Brady in 1996 to Municipal Court, Richmond, and Brady currently presides over Superior Court since 1998.
