[ARCHIVED] Market Avenue and Chesley Avenue Road Closures


November 23, 2021, North Richmond, CA – The Contra Costa County Public Works Department is closing a portion of the following roads for Union Pacific Railroad to repair their equipment:

  • Market Avenue, between Seventh Street and Rumrill Boulevard
  • Chesley Avenue, between Seventh Street and Rumrill Boulevard

 The road closures will be in effect until December 1, 2021. A traffic detour plan will be implemented to direct vehicles around these closures.
