[ARCHIVED] Construction work in the Montalvin Manor in the San Pablo and Richmond area

Work is expected to begin August 1, 2011 and be completed by October 21, 2011. Notification will be posted along Kay Road at least 48 hours in advance of a planned lane closure or traffic detour.
