Contra Costa County Public Works Offers New Ways for Reporting Service Issues in Unincorporated Areas
April 3, 2023, Unincorporated Contra Costa County, CA – The Contra Costa County Public Works Department announces a new service request option called Customer Portal. The Portal allows customers to submit requests for services from a web browser. Customers can register to receive updates about their request or submit anonymously. In addition to the Customer Portal, customers can submit requests for services from their mobile device with the Mobile Citizen app, by downloading it through the App Store or Google Play. Customers can also email [email protected] or call us at (925) 313-2000. For after-hours emergencies call Sheriff’s Dispatch at (925) 646-2441.
