Contra Costa County Public Works Will Perform Road Work on Highland Road
(Updated) May 25, 2023, Unincorporated Contra Costa County, CA – The Contra Costa County Public Works Department will continue road grinding and paving work on Highland Road, between Camino Tassajara and Manning Road, through Thursday, June 15, 2023, barring unforeseen circumstances. The work will take place from 8:00 a.m. through 3:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday (excluding holidays), weather permitting. A detour will be in place to direct traffic to Collier Canyon Road to Carneal Road to Manning Road and back to Highland Road. A pilot car will direct traffic through the work area, as needed. Drivers should expect delays of up to 20 minutes.
