Vision Zero - Slow Down for Our Families!

August 16, 2023- Martinez, CA- “Slow Down for our families. Get there safely!” This message is ALWAYS important, but even more so now that schools are back in session. Public Works, the Department of Conservation and Development and Contra Costa Health, along with our partners at the California Highway Patrol, the Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA), 511 Contra Costa, and bicycle advocates feel that EVERY life is precious, that’s why we are all a part of Vision Zero. Look for these images on buses throughout the County from August 25, 2023, through October 2023.  To learn more about Vision Zero and find out about the ways we are working together to improve safety in the communities we serve visit: www.contracosta.ca.gov/visionzero
