1. Where are the checklists for filing maps and what are the fees associated with map submittals?

Fee schedules are currently a part of the checklists.

2. Where can I find your design standards?

The District is preparing to bring all its standards into one document. Until then, email the Flood Control District or at call (925) 313-2000 if you have questions.  We will be happy to explain, e-mail, or mail you information about our standards. 

3. Where can I find the current Area of Benefit (AOB) Fee Schedule?

4. Where can I get the Contra Costa County Standard Plans?

Hard copies of the Standard Plans may be purchased at Contra Costa County Public Works Department for a fee. The plans may also be viewed online in the Public Works website. 

5. Where do I apply for a permit to do construction on my property?

Contact the Application & Permit Center at (925) 674-7200 or visit the Permit Portal for information. They will assist you in determining which permits you need for your project.
