Make sure you are a contact on the application and you are logged in. Only associated contacts with an ePermits Center account are able to upload or download files to the application. If you are neither, register for an account FIRST and then submit this request form: Request to connect a newly registered user to an existing permit.
All emails are sent only to the applicant of the record. It is the applicant’s responsibility to inform their project contacts of any processing requirements or updates.
Register for an account if you don’t already have one and then submit this request form: Request to connect a new registered user to existing permit. Our staff will review the request and get approval from the applicant if requester is not the applicant.
Submit a Permit Revision Request Form for permits that are currently in Issued status and have a revision in the original scope of work. The revised plan sheets may be uploaded with the request form. Submit a Permit Renewal Request Form for permits that have not received the final building inspection approvals and are now expired. This form is NOT for Public Works permits.For more information, visit our Building Permits Revisions, Extensions and Renewals page.
Submit Request to Update Property Owner Name on Existing Building Permit. A PDF copy of the recorded grant deed will be required to be uploaded with request.
Submit a Permit Extension Request Form. The permit extension is for building permits that will be expiring in 30 days. This form is NOT for Public Works permits.
