Contra Costa County Cesar E. Chavez Youth Hall of Fame
Contra Costa County is raising some amazing kids who deserve to be recognized!
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors is now accepting nominations for the 2018 Contra Costa County Youth Hall of Fame Awards. These awards are presented annually to outstanding young Contra Costa residents between the ages of 12 and 18. Nominees should demonstrate exemplary behavior in one or more of the following ways:
Good Samaritan: Goes out of his or her way to do for others without seeking recognition
Volunteerism: Lends a helping hand for the good of the community; Gives his or her time and energy to a worthy cause or organization
Teamwork: Works unselfishly for the good of a team
Creativity: Uses his or her musical, literary or artistic talent to benefit a school or community
Perseverance: Has worked hard to overcome obstacles to achieve success
We invite you to submit your nominations by completing the nomination form and submitting it with your Letter of Recommendation in one of the following ways
