    The members of the California Arts Council meet approximately five times each year. All meetings are open to the public and are held in various locations around California to encourage broad and diverse attendance. Our meetings are governed by the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act of 2004. Agendas are posted here no later than ten days prior to the meeting date, and minutes are posted once approved by the Council (minutes for each meeting are normally approved at the next meeting).

Census 2020

  1. Gametime Rundown Event for all Contra Costa County Partners!

    February 5, 2020, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM @ Clayton Library

    This event is open to all CCC-UWBA-EBFC funded organizations doing census outreach in Contra Costa County. Pick up multilingual outreach materials for your organization and a limited edition “We Hella Count” t-shirt. Agenda 10-11am: Canvassing Training for Trainers. UWBA will simulate a canvasser training for trainers to take back to their Community Outreach Workers. 11am-1pm: Lunch convening and final census rundown. We will review the census operations timeline, 9 question census form, guidance and resources available, and more. There will be brief time for networking and coordination for sector-based groups and groups targeting HTC communities. 1-2pm: Questionnaire Assistance Training for Trainers. UWBA will simulate a questionnaire assistance training for trainers to take back to their Community Outreach Workers.
