Public Internet Auction

Only bids submitted via the internet will be accepted and pre-registration is required. Register on-line at http://www.GovEase.com by Monday, September 19, 2022. Bidders must submit a refundable deposit of $ 5,000.00 electronically at http://www.GovEase.com and a $35 non-refundable registration fee. The $5,000 deposit will be applied to the successful bidder’s purchase price and deed information indicating how title should be vested is required by Monday, September 19, 2022. Full payment is due by Monday, September 19, 2022. Only payment by ACH or wire transfer will be accepted. A California transfer tax will be added to and collected with the purchase price and is calculated at $.55 per each $500 or fraction thereof. For properties located within the city limits of Richmond an additional City of Richmond transfer tax will be added to and collected with the purchase price and is calculated at $7.00 per each $1,000 or fraction thereof.
