    Drop-off: Donations must be dropped off before 4pm.

    General Info: Front door is on Orchard. The Contra Costa County Homeless Program always needs donations of good quality sleeping bags and bedding for the homeless. They will also gladly accept other items such as clothing, toys, and food.

    Drop-off sites also located at 847-C Brookside Drive in Richmond and 2047-C Arnold Industrial Way in Concord.

    Hours: Shelter Open 24-hours

    Materials Recycled and/or Reused:
    This vendor handles:

  • Bed & Bath Linens - Reuse (sleeping bags, twin bedding, comforters, blankets, towels, etc.)
  • Clothing - Reuse (adult & children clothing)
  • Food Donations (canned, dried, pre-prepared)
  • Housewares - Reuse (small household items (e.g. coffee pots, lamps))
  • Toys / Games - Reuse (in good condition, appropriate for children 5 and under (no small pieces))
